1. Can I have my own design? Is there any limitation?
A: Yes, most of our mats are in customized design. There is no color limitation, the max color number on one mat we can do is 12.
2. I want to make only 1 piece, is it workable?
A: Yes, 1pc is acceptable. An ideal order quantity for production would be 100sqm or more.
3. Can I get sample for free?
A: Yes, we can provide 1pc sample in our existing design within 20x30cm to you free of charge, so freight collect. For the sample in your own design, the sample cost will depend on the size.
4. Can the mats be the same as design?
A: Due to process of printing onto a fiber surface, the PMS colors and design can only be matched as close as possible. Fibers absorb the dyes differently, we are not printing on a paper. But most of our customers are satisfied with the mat they received.
5. How about the production time?
A: Usually our production is approx four weeks after all details confirmed, the more you order, the longer the production time might be.
6. What's the size for a logo mat?
A: Our mats come in Standard widths of 40, 60, 70, 83, 103, 136, 200cm included the rubber border. The maximum width is 200cm, and the length can be 1500cm. Special widths and shapes are subject to a surcharge.
