Q:What is your MOQ?
A:Usually our MOQ is 1,00pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order.
Please let me know the qty. you need freely, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.
Q:Can I get samples?
A:Sure. sample order is always available for quality check and test.
But sample fee is required,samples charge will be refundable when order is up to certain quantity.
We usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not,you can pay express fee on Alibaba or pay directly to our paypal account, it takes about 2-4 working days to receive samples in your side.
Q:How long is the sample lead time?
A:For existing free samples, it takes 1-3 days.
If you need customized sample, it takes 5-7 days, subject to you designs whether they need new printing screen, etc.
Q:How long is the production lead time?
A:It takes 30 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
Q:What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
A:We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG, AI, cdr or PDF, etc. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.
Q:What's your payment method?
A:For mass production: 30% TT deposit, balance against B/L Faxed Copy
