Instructions:
1. Clean the measuring surface and calibrate the zero position before use. Align 0-25mm directly to the zero position: Align 25mm or more with the school team's measuring needle to the zero position.
2. Method for correcting the zero position: If the zero position line is not aligned with the reference line, first use a screwdriver to slightly loosen the fastening screw, adjust the position of the reference line with a wrench to align it with the zero position line, and then use a screwdriver to tighten the fastening screw. (See user manual Figure 2)
When measuring, the micrometer should be perpendicular to the measured workpiece, and the force measuring device should be rotated. When the measuring surface contacts the measured workpiece, the force measuring device should be gently rotated. When the force measuring device makes a slight "click, click..." sound, it is the actual size of the measured workpiece.
4. The locking device can passively measure the forward and backward movement of the micro screw. Relax to the right and lock to the left. (See user manual Figure 3)
5. When measuring, hold the insulation board with your left hand to prevent body temperature from being transmitted to the micrometer and causing measurement errors.
6. One end of the wrench can be adjusted to zero position, and the other end can tighten the force measuring device.

Friendly reminder:
1. A micrometer is a precision measuring tool that should be handled with care. After use, apply rust proof oil to the exposed area and place it in a box to prevent it from being in a dry and ventilated place.
2. When measuring, do not forcefully rotate the differential cylinder to avoid damaging the accuracy.
3. Do not move the differential cylinder more than 25.5mm to the right to avoid damaging the micrometer and its accuracy.
4. Do not attempt to remove the components of the micrometer, which may cause damage and render it unusable.
5. The calibration cycle of the external micrometer should be determined according to the specific situation of use
