Bucket Sand Washing Machine

The bucket sand washing machine is used for washing the dust in the sand to achieve the purpose of cleaning the sand. The utility model has the advantages of high cleanness of the materials washed out, less loss of fine sand during the sand washing process,less water consumption, and long service life of the equipment.

Working Principle

After the motor is decelerated by the V-Belt, reducer and gear, the impeller rotates slowly. The gravel enters the washing tank from the feeding trough, and is tumbling under the impeller to wash the sand. Finally, the sand is poured from the rotating impeller into the discharge trough to complete the cleaning operation of the gravel.
