2. What can you buy from JS?
Ans: Water well drill rig, mine drill rig, DTH drill tools, Top hammer drill tools, etc.
3. How does JS ensure product quality?
Ans: The factory produces all accessories according to strict quality requirements, and enters the sample workshop after assembly and debugging; before shipment, the machine will start the test to stop the quality problem of the product before the customer receives it.
4. Can you do OEM for me?
Ans: Yes, JS can provide OEM service for customers
5. What is your terms of payment?
Ans: T/T 30% as deposit,and 70% before delivery.After the production of the machine is over, we will send the photo and video of the machine to the customer
6. How about your delivery time?
Ans: Generally, it will take 10-20 working days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
7. What is your terms of packing?
Ans: General, we use standard export plywood boxes for LCL cargo and fasten the FCL cargo.
8. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
Ans: Yes, we have 100%test before delivery.And will attach our inspect report for every machine.
9. Do you have any certificates for your machine?
Ans: All of our products coming with the certificates of CE,ISO9001.
