Gemini Shaking Table Introduction
Gemini Table, also known as a precious metal table, works according to the specific gravity prince. Ideal for grain sizes between 30 micron and 2mm. It is specially designed for precious metals such as Gold, Palladium, tantalum and copper. It can maximize the concentration rate in the ore with its low energy consumption. Thanks to the frequently installed mini valves, fine adjustment can be made in the water collector as you wish. We have two types of production, Gemini Table laboratory type and Industrial type.
We also supply 6S Shaking table, It can not only be used as an independent beneficiation machine, but it often works with jig separator machines, centrifugal concentrators, sluice box, flotation equipment, magnetic drum separator, spiral classifier, and other ore dressing equipment.

Working Principle
Working Principle: Gemini table has been specifically designed for the recovery of fine gold to a directly smeltable concentrate. The direct drive system incorporates a geared motor, driving a crank connected to the table deck. The crank includes a spring connection system to absorb overrun. The bump stop system provides a fine-tuning mechanism. Table tuning is achieved by adjustment of a single screw.
