Three Disc Belt Separator Introduction
The three disc dry magnetic separator is a dry Intensified magnetic separator, It is widely applicable for separation tin, tungsten, tantalum-niobium, ilmenite, rare earth ore, chromite ores, limonite, columbium, zircon, rutile, garnet, monazite, andalusite, kyanite, feldspar, quartz and other minerals with magnetic differences or removal of iron in nonmetallic minerals.

Working Principle
Working Principle: Dry feed material (e.g. beach sands) is discharged from a hopper onto a Vibratory Feeder tray. The material is evenly fed onto a thin conveyor belt. An even and mon-layer of material is conveyed under the rotating high-intensity magnetic discs. Whilst underneath the magnetic discs, magnetic particles are attracted to the high-gradient magnetic zones. These captured particles are
then carried by the rotating discs to the discharge chutes where they are released. Scrapers that are mounted on each of the chutes ensure the total discharge of the extracted magnetic particles. Any non-magnetic feed material will pass under each of the three discs and discharge at the end of the conveyor.

1. Multi-outputs: It's able to do the separation of up to 6 minerals of different magnetic susceptibilities in one single pass, and produce 100% clean magnetic fractions with high magnetic recovery;
2. Adjustable magnetic intensity: It's configured with adjustable magnetic intensity mechanism, with intensity varying from 0 to 20,000 gauss, which allows for the extraction of paramagnetic particles;
3. Magnetic circuit isolation design: magnet circuit is independent of their supporting frame, and are designed to isolate and prevent any flux leakage from the magnet circuit. They are assembled on heavy nonmagnetic brackets;
4. Feed and belt speed adjustment: It's configured for precise and accurate adjustment of the feed, and their feeder will deliver a thin uniform stream of material to the belt conveyors;Besides it's with feed belt velocity adjustment mechanism to control the material flow;
