Operation

Operation
1.Before putting into actual production at the initial stage, auxiliary appliances, container tapes, and the tightness of inspection and adjustment should be prepared at first.
2.After starting the motor, idle for about 15 minutes, check whether the screw drying speed is about 3dmin, whether there is noise during operation, and whether the power of the motor is normal.
3.Don't start feeding too fast, otherwise the increase of the pressure in the extrusion chamber will cause serious accidents such as the twisting cage of the extrusion screw, the removal of blockage, and fracture to repeat for more than 3-4 hours, which will gradually raise the temperature of the new oil press, and even smoke (this is a normal phenomenon).
