Production Room:
a, We have 35 High speed electro-motion injection machines imported from Japan, ranging from 30T to 140T from Nissei, JSW,Sumitomo....b, We have 35 Hydraulic Plastic Injection machines imported from Nissei Japan, ranging from 50T to 380T
c, We have 2 sets of Double injection machines worked in Dust-free workshop, which usded especially for producing optical Lens and transparent parts, double injection parts.
d, Almost 90% of our injection machines have been installed with Robots, which can improve our production efficiency and reducethe higher labor costs largely.
All of material meet with UL, Reach, Rohs certification and world-wide to meet the demand that customer multiple functional requirements.
