1. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a 15-year manufacturer located in Dongguan, China, covering an area of 7,000 square meters, equipped with 3D inspection, ERP and 40 machines, and can provide comprehensive material reports.
2. How to get a quote?
To get an accurate quote, please provide drawings (PDF/STEP, etc.) and quality, delivery and other requirements to get a quote.
3. Can I get a quote without drawings? Can your engineering team draw drawings for my ideas?
If you don’t have drawings yet, accept samples, pictures or size instructions, the engineering team can draw drawings and give a reasonable quote.
4. What is your minimum order quantity?
We are committed to being flexible to meet customer needs, so the minimum order quantity is only 1 piece, so that your project can be easily started regardless of size.
5. Can you provide samples before mass production?
Before mass production, we can provide you with sample confirmation services. Sample fees depend on the situation and may be deducted or refunded in subsequent mass orders.
6. When is the delivery date?
Normally, it takes 1-2 weeks for sample production and 3-4 weeks for mass production.
7. How do you control quality?
(1) Material Inspection - Check material surfaces and approximate dimensions.
(2) First inspection of production - ensure critical dimensions in mass production.
(3) Sampling inspection - check the quality before delivery to the warehouse.
(4) Preshipment inspection - 100% inspection by QC assistant before shipment.
