product performance

Bag type filter material is made of polyester fiber non-woven fabric, melt-blown non-woven fabric and other materials ultrasonic welding, the average efficiency value is 45%-98%. Bag air filter mainly be used on central air-conditioning and centralized ventilation system. It can be used as primary, medium and senior filter to protect inferior filter of system and itself. It adopts special process of ultrasonic heat sealing process which replaced the original process and avoid dust leakage on pinhole office as well as enhance filter efficiency. The amount of small V type bag is determined by equipment's condition of using factory.

•Surface layer: 100% high strength PP spun-bond media, different color code indicate different filtration efficiency.
• Melt-blown layer: fine filtration layer to capture sub-micron particles.
• Dust holding layer: needle punched media or compound media applied, design to filter the larger particles at lower initial pressure    drop and enhance to reach the max dust volume.
•Inner protective layer: to protect compound media and prolong filter service life.
