4. The welding core shaft is embedded with a copper water-cooled circulation system mold; Provide weld seam back gas protection function. According to the processing of different welding process slots for cylindrical or flat workpieces, achieve single-sided welding and double-sided forming.
5. The distance between the welding core shaft and the pressure plate is adjustable, which can adapt to the welding requirements of workpieces with different thicknesses.

Pneumatic Control:
The whole machine control adopts Mitsubishi PLC+text display control from Japan, with visual working status and automatic fault detection function. Packaging: pack one pump in one plastic bag,then put it in one thick paper carton, then heap up them on the plastic pallet, wrap the plastic pallet and cartons with plastic membrane then bind the cartons with plastic packing belt. 2. How can we guarantee quality?
Always a pre-production sample before mass production;

3. What's the standard hydraulic oil and its working temperature?
Under 70 bar pressure, use hydraulic oil viscosity 30-50CST in temperature 40℃. Working temperature 15-16℃.

4. How to adjust the pressure through the pressure adjustment screw?
Clockwise rotation, increase pressure; counter-clockwise rotation, decrease pressure.

5. How to adjust the displacement through the displacement adjustment screw?
Clockwise rotation, decrease the displacement; counter-clockwise rotation, increase displacement.

6. What's the possible reason if there is no oil output?
1) The shaft rotating direction is wrong.
2) Sauction oil pipe was jamed.
3) Vane was locked in the rotor,can't slip out from rotor.
