A: Standard shrinkage is MD:TD=73:21, after printing the data should be little change. |
2.Q: What about your printing? |
A: Flexographic printing equipment from Europe with 10 colors. |
3.Q: What is the paper's core size? |
A: Standard 3inch/76mm paper core. Others 6inch, 8inch also can be provided. |
4.Q: I have a water factory, can you customize the shrink film as my sizes? |
A: Yes, accept customer’s any drink bottle sizes, such as beer cans, water bottle, beverage, etc. |
5.Q: What is the specification of your shrink film? |
A: The thickness is 60—90mic and the length and width are customized as client’s request. |
6.Q: What is your MOQ? |
A: Transparent shrink film 20FT MOQ, loading around 15 tons. Printed shrink film 40FT MOQ, loading around 27 tons. |
7.Q: We need to pack 7.2kg of bottles, how can we choose the thickness? |
A: If the weight is more than 5.1kg less than 9.9kg, we suggest 60mic. |
8.Q: Can I have samples? |
A: Yes, the free sample available. The customized samples are also accepted. |
9.Q: What is your largest print repeat range? |
A: The print repeat range of our flexographic line is from 440mm up to1250mm. |
