Q: How can I place an order of indoor playground?
Send floor plan -- Design -- Order Confirm -- Sign contract -- Pay deposit -- Production -- Pay
balance -- Loading -- Delivery.
Q: How long does it take to get a plan or design?
It depends on the size of your playground. Normally It takes 3 working days to complete an overall design.
Q: What about the trade term,payment term?
Trade terms: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP are all accepted.
Payment terms: Our normal payment term is 30% T/T as deposit, balance paid before loading. For large orders, we accept L/C at
sight. For trial order about some play parts, we accept western union, credit card, PayPal or cash.
Q: Does your product have any certifcate ?
Yes, our products comply with Eu standard. But for indoor & outdoor playground, we don't have certificate for every model. And
most playground is customized. So the certificate is always applied by our client considering the cost.
