Founded on March 19,2019, the department is specialized in anodic oxidation, hard oxidation, sandblasting
oxidation, wire drawing oxidation, coloring oxidation of aluminum products. Through its surface finish, it can meet the corrosion resistance,wear resistance, insulation, heat resistance, hardness, or other special functional requirements of its products.

The floor area of electroplating and anodic oxidation workshop is more than 600 m2. There are 2 semi-automatic anodizing production lines and 1 semi-automatic electroplating production line, with more than 10 years of oxidation experience of professional oxidation master operation guidance.
With most advanced hard anodizing equipment, testing instruments, sufficient production capacity, we are able to adjust various colors according to customers' requirements, film thickness can reach more than100um,hardness above Hv450.

The department engages in anodizing and electroplating surface finish processing for precision machining parts and electronic products accessories. Annual electroplating output is 2.2 million pieces/year(multi-layer electroplating, total electroplating area of about 52,800 m2/a, outer electroplating area of about 17,600 m²/a),and annual anodizing output is around 3.32 million pieces/year.
