-Can not repair severely damaged batteries. Not for Lithium and LiFePO4 batteries.

Q3. Is it OK to print my logo on the product?
A3. Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q4. How can we guarantee quality?
A4. Always a pre-production sample before mass production and final Inspection before shipment.
Q5. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A5. It usually takes 5-7 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping is also optional.
Q6. How should a battery be stored?
A6: Check all batteries once a month and recharge as needed.
Wet batteries can hold their charge up to 3 months.
Sealed batteries can hold a charge for up to 6 months.
Q7.How does ship the gel battery packs?
The goods can be picked up by your own forwarder. If there is no forwarder， we will ship the battery packs to you.
For sample order or small battery packs,we can ship by express through Fedex, UPS, TNT, DPD etc.
If whole parcel over 100KG,can ship by air or by sea,sea shipping is more economical.
Please tell us your nearest airport name and sea port name to check the best option for you.
