SUPPORT ALL IN ONE SMART COMMUNICATION FUNCTION
Our BMS is a complete set of communication functions, supporting RS485, RS232 and CAN-BUS communication protocols.
We can also customize the communication content according to the protocol information which customers provide. Customers can through the host computer software to monitor the batteries, and check the working status of each cells and set specific parameters on the computer.
WHAT BATTERY CELL WE USE:
As a over 10-year-old store engaged in the battery business, we are responsible for our customers and our brand. Using only A grade cells, the cycle life can up to 6000-8000 times: 10AH/ 25AH/ 30AH/ 50AH/ 100AH/ 200AH...
1> Our batteries are the primary source of supply from the original cells manufacturer, battery cells are paired and distributed before outgoing, and can be assembled directly.
2> Through a number of certification and testing, quality assurance.
3> There are two types of pouch cells and prismatic cells. The pouch cells: lighter, cheaper, and easy to customized in special sizes. The prismatic cells: not easily deformed , stable performance, mature market, more popular at present.

Q1: What are there included for a battery or pack , may I buy charger from you?
A1: Battery case, BMS, battery pack, can buycustomzied connector, charger
Q2: How long frequency does recharge the battery?
A2: Usually per 2 months to recharge the battery pack , to charge full the battery depends on the charger current you use. 20A charger can charge full for 12V 100Ah battery in 5 hours, fast charger 50A in 2 hours.
Q3: What's the sample lead time, and bulk order delivery. How long I can get it?
A3: Fast delivery: If small quantity, can be finished in 3-5 days days after payement, bulk in 10-25 days depends on the quantity
Shipping: sample order or small battery packs, we can ship by express through Fedex, UPS, TNT etc. If whole parcel over 50KG, can ship by sea, sea shipping is more cheaper. Customer can tell your nearest airport name and sea port name for sales person to check the best option for you.
Q4. What is your warranty?
A4: We offer 10 years warranty for all our LiFePO4 battery pack for different situation. We ensure at least 6000 cycle life for the LiFePO4 battery pack, which means, you can use it for at least 10 years for normal 1 time charge and discharge everyday.
Q5: Can I customize the size of battery?
A5: Of course yes if your quantity MOQ workable.
Q6. Can we put different LiFePO4 battery pack in parallel or series by ourself?
A6: Yes. The battery can be put in parallel or series by customers. But there are few tips we need to pay attention;
1> Make sure the voltage of each battery are same before put in parallel. If they are not same, charge them to the same rate.
2> Don't not put discharged battery and undischarged battery in parallel. This may reduce the capacity of the whole battery pack.
3> Advise us the target capacity of the whole pack if you would like to put them in series. We will choose the suitable BMS for each battery.
4> If you are not professional in parallel and series batteries, please don't handle the battery by yourself. It may cause danger and hurt the cycle life of battery.

A7: Yes, our battery pack include BMS, you can use it for low speed car only or aux. power for standard car. Do not use it for standard car directly, that will need more complex design BMS for the pack.
