Wrap the multi-purpose fixed tape at least four times around the structural frame, lever and gantry to be installed.
The ends of the wound multipurpose fixed belt are threaded through stainless steel ring clasps.
Hang the rope trainer on the other end of the stainless steel clasp and connect it to the multi-purpose strap. It is important to note that the main belt of the main suspension rope trainer must be either the two ends of the multi-purpose fixed belt, or one of the two ends with a section of the multi-purpose fixed belt.
Make sure the stainless steel clasp is firmly locked and you are ready to move!

When installing, it is necessary to maintain a sufficient distance from other equipment and equipment to avoid being involved in the resistance shell due to rope rotation during rope training, resulting in damage.
Be careful not to drop or collide with hard surfaces (such as floors, doors, trees or poles). It is designed to be freely suspended, and any strong collision can affect and damage the function of the device. If the equipment needs to be placed near the ground, cover the ground with a cushion of at least 3cm thickness to protect it from damage.
When training, try to keep a smooth push or pull, moderate acceleration or deceleration. Sudden bursts of training will cause the resistance control core to significantly increase friction, reducing short-term life in the long run.
When using, please try not to let the rope rub on the ground, which will increase the wear rate of the product. If the rope is touching the ground, keep the training floor clean, because when the rope slides across the ground, it may pick up dust, debris, and then be transferred to the resistance housing, resulting in increased friction or damage.
In order to increase grip and keep the rope clean, we recommend that you can wear gloves for training.
