S-16 is an automated nucleic acid preparation system designed to purify nucleic acids from a variety of biological samples, including whole blood, viruses, tissues, plants, bacteria, and cultured cells. With intelligent pre-installed extraction programs and accompanying nucleic acid extraction kits and consumables based on magnetic beads, it provides laboratories with an efficient, automated, and high-quality solution for nucleic acid purification.

With intelligent pre-installed extraction programs and accompanying nucleic acid extraction kits and consumables based on magnetic beads, it provides laboratories with an efficient, automated, and high-quality solution for nucleic acid purification.
principle of operation：
After lysing the biological sample with a lysis buffer, the nucleic acids are adsorbed onto the surface of the nanomagnetic beads. The beads, carrying the nucleic acids, are then transferred to a wash buffer using a magnetic rod. Following multiple washing steps, they are moved to an elution buffer, where the nucleic acids are finally separated from the nanomagnetic beads, yielding the DNA product.
