Intended Use
This kit is used for the in vitro qualitative detection of Transmissible Gastroenteritis Virus (TGEV) nucleic acid in pig blood, feces, intestinal contents, anal swabs, and tissue samples. Transmissible gastroenteritis (TGE) is a highly contagious infectious disease caused by TGEV, characterized clinically by severe diarrhea, vomiting, and dehydration. Piglets under 10 days of age have the highest incidence and mortality rates, with mortality in young piglets reaching up to 100%.
Accurate clinical diagnosis and scientific testing methods are essential for the correct diagnosis and effective control of TGEV.

Test Procedure & Result Read
1.Sample Prep：Extract nucleic acid using the extraction kit as per instructions; add 50 µL buffer to the positive control, vortex, and set aside; no processing for the negative control.
2.Reagent Prep：Calculate N (N = sample number + 1 negative control + 1 positive control), prepare the corresponding amount of reaction mix (8-well strips); add 20 µL buffer to each tube and cap.
3.Sample Addition：Add 5 µL of processed samples, negative control, and positive control to the tubes with buffer, cap, vortex, and centrifuge briefly to avoid droplets on walls or caps.
4.PCR Detection：Place PCR tubes in the PCR machine, set up negative control, positive control, and unknown samples; select FAM channel for result 1, VIC or HEX channel for result 2; run amplification program as set.
