Q4: What format of the file do you need if I want do my own design?

A: We have our own designers in office. So you can provide JPG, Al, cdr or PDF, If you can provide stp or other 3D format, much better.

Q5: Could l use my own logo or design on goods?

A: Yes, silk printing, laser printing logo and customized package is available.

Q6: What is the payment term?

A: 30% T/T , 70% balance before shipment, also we support drafting online order, you can payment by Alibaba.

Q7: How to place an order?

1.Please confirm PI or online order.

2.Regarding mass production order, you can makes 30% deposit after

receiving our Pl.

3.We produces the first sample with customer design or logo.

4.Customer approves samples, then arrange do mass production.

5.Mass Production.

6.Customer arrange 3rd party or partner to do quality inspection.

7.Supplier arranges necessary documents and sends copy of these documents.

8.Customer pays balance payment.

9.Supplier sends original documents or telex release the good.
