1. What is the delivery time ?
Generally we need 3-5 days to produce the machine after prepayment ,if you are urgent , 2 days will be ok , then send to port .
2. How about the warranty ?
We supply 12 months warranty .
3. How should we do if the machine broken ?
You can take a video to us and our technicians will analyze the cause of the problem based on the video.
4. How should we do if parts are broken ?
We advise customers to purchase some conventional accessories based on their country and environment. If other parts broke ,we will send to you by sea of by air .Or deliver with the next order
5. Can the machine use the trademark of our own company?
Yes ,sir ,of course .
6. Can we customize the product according to our requirements?
Yes ,sir ,no problem .
