1.Can you provide samples?
The sample is free, and the freight will be in charge of you. After payment done, we will arrange samples for you immediately. May I have your full address, I will check the freight for you accordingly.
2. How long will it take to make sample?
For stock sample, we can send out immediately, while for new samples, it will take around 7~10 days.
3. Can you customize ?
Sure, color, fragrance, weight, shape, package all can be customized as request.
4. Do you offer OEM? Or Can I print my own brand/logo on the goods?
Yes, we can do private label for you and customized packing.
5. What's your production lead time ?
Normally the production lead time is 30 days after order confirmed, if you are urgent, it can be faster.
6. What's your payment term?
Normally our payment term is 30% before production, balance before shipment.
