1. Where is Your Factory located in?

Our factory is located in Di An City, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam

2. What is your payment terms?

All prices are in USD.

The payment amount is net into our account (as the same as in the Pro-forma Invoice issued). Terms or payment are 100% paying in advance for orders value less than US$ 5,000. For others value larger than US$ 5,000, there are 50% for deposit and then the remaining prior to shipment.

Prefer payment method: Telegraphic Transfer (T/T).

3.What are production and shipping time?

Production time is around 2 or 3 weeks depending on the types and quantities of products ordered.

Shipping time varies depend on the destination and way of delivery.

            Air freight shipping: from 2 to 7 days.

            Sea freight shipping:

·Asian destinations: from 7 to 28 days.

·European destinations: from 18 to 28 days.

4.How about the warranty?

We provide a warranty on the Bison Lifter from the one (1) year from the date of purchase.
