Thunderon® Stretch Rope
Thunderon® Stretch Rope is used as a countermeasure against static electricity in gravure printing etc.
Gravure printing is the way to print that ink furled through roller from ink unit is attached and unnecessary ink is scraped off by doctor blade and print on the film going through impression cylinder and the trunk. It starts from white color and repeatedly conduct the same processes such as printing and drying and overprint in 4 colors, 6 colors etc. Representative printed matter is packaging bag for snack confectionery and loaves of bread.Since organic solvent is exposed, obstacle is fire by ignition and the spreading out of ink caused by electrosttic charge, distortion of printing line, attachment of dust etc. Films run at high speed, so electro static charge gets high.

This product produces an effect neutralization of static electricity.
Even after eliminating of static electricity and printing, peeling charge will occur, so please neutralize it. After printing, there is a problem to attract dust when film is reeled up. In that case, please consider anti-static stretch rope.
Thunderon® static Rope instantly "eliminates" static electricity of charged objects by neutralization and the earth effect. Because it is a telescopic type, it can be easily attached to complicated places.
Static electricity is removed from ±5,000 to 30,000V to 3,000V or less without contact.
