Q1: Are you a Manufacturer or a Trading company?
A: We are a real manufacturer for aluminum doors & windows, sunroom, aluminum patio cover/carport cover/pavilion/pergola, shower room and timber door, with 16years experiences in R&D, manufacture and sales.
Q2: Do you inspect the finished products?
A: Of course, each step of production and finished products will be came out inspection by QC department before shipping or third-party inspection is also acceptable.
Q3: How to install your products?
A: We have professional instructions (PDF/Video) to help you install our products in an easy and correct way.
We can send our installation instructor to site; Also we can send our installation team to project site if the project is big or if it’s necessary.
Q4: Do you make design for us?
A: Yes, we will make designs for our customers. Different types are available.
Q5: PVC and Aluminum, which is better?
A: It’s hard to simply say which one is better. Each one has its advantages. PVC is good at insulation and more economic; Aluminum is better in hardness, security, variety of color and type, and so on.
Q6: Thermal break system and non-thermal break system, which is better?
A: Non-thermal break system will be more economic than thermal break system at the moment when you buy them, but the thermal break system will help you save money in the long term, because the thermal break system makes aluminum products extremely thermally efficient, not only help keep your home warm in winter and cool in summer, but also is good at soundproof, waterproof, they have the potential to lower your energy bills by up to 10% at least.
Q7: Are there any problems with the glass inside? Having steam or going foggy?
A: We are professional in this field over 16years; Usually we use 5mm + 20A + 5mm double glass with highly sealing strip and filled with desiccants, also we can offer the glass with argon inside which has better effect of keeping dry. Qualified products don’t have steam or going foggy between the double glass.

A: Yes, the sample is available, but normally client will be charged to the express cost.
