Re: Yes we can. The charges for OEM service depends on the different level of customize. the process of customization is following:
1) provide your specific requirement.
2) our design engineer draw the design draft.
3) you confirm the design draft.
4) we start produce it.
Q2. Can you print my logo on the mini computer ?
Re: Yes, it is support.
Q3. What is the lead time of your products?
Re: Sample order within 1~3 business days . Bulk order within 3~15 business days ( depends on order qty) ,we will test the model to insure the quality before shipping.
Q4.What's the warranty?
Re: 1 year warranty. After expired warranty and sent back to our company, we will still try our best to repair for you without repair cost (except change new accessories).
Q5: Are you a factory or a trading company?
Re: We are one of the professional computer manufacturers located in Shenzhen, China.
Q6: What Operating System is installed before delivery?
Re: Our computers support all kinds of main operating systems. Most buyers prefer Windows and Linux. Unactivated Windows 7 for testing is pre-installed.
