HDPE/PP/LDPE/LLDPE/PS /PC/ABS RIGID PLASTIC PELLETIZING LINE
In order to recycle waste plastic, the plastic need to be washed, dried then melted, plasticized, extruded into strips, cooled by cooling system, and cut into granules by granulator. These granules are further processed into various plastics products by blowing, injection and calendering. This line is a one/two stage plastic pelletizer/pelletizing/granulator , which is suitable for many kinds of plastic waste materials recycling such as PE, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE,ABS,PS,PC bottle, hollow container, buckets ans so on.

2. Easy operation: It has automatic constant temperature control and stable performance. After adjusting well, 1 or 2 workers are enough to run this machine, to feed the materials and change pellet receiver.
