High Quality 29 kinds languages Popular PD220 USB RS232 Port VFD220 POS Customer Display With Android POS ESC

1.1 This specification applies to POS VFD customer display manufactured by KingHigh.

1.2 Simple connection to the host system by RS232, USB, RJ45 or other custom. The baud rate is 9600bps(default).

1.3 Since a DC/DC converter is used, +5V, +12V or other custom power source is required to operate the mian part module.

1.4 Characters are provided with a 5×7 dot matrix with comma and decimal point.

1.5 This specification becomes effective after being approved by the purchaser. 

1.6 When any conflict is found in the specification, appropriate action shall be taken upon agreement of both parties.

1.7 The expected necessary service parts should be arranged by the customer before the completion of production.

1. Are you manufacturer?
We are professional manufacturer and has built business relationship with domestic trading company and clients from all over the world for years.

2. How about your product quality?
All the products will be 100% well inspected before shipment.

3. What's the minimum order?
We surely accept small order like one sample, and If clients need OEM, will check more details to confirm.

4. Can we get the free sample?
Sorry, generally sample would be paid. If you place order after checking sample, we will return or deduct sample cost in future order.

5. What's the delivery time?
Generally, samples can be shipped in 2-3 working days after payment. For bulk production, the lead time will 1-4 weeks depend on exact order.

6. What about your customer service?
Generally, the warranty period is 12 months. However, newly developed product can be discussed.

7. How about terms of payment?
Payment of the goods should be set in USD or RMB on the basis of goods exchanging.
Payment of T/T, Western Union, PayPal, Escrow, cash, etc. would be accepted.

8. What kind of transportation methods you offer?
For sample or normal order, Express delivery such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS or other kind post air mail is the first option, because these delivery companies offer us better service and cost discount.
For mass order, transportation would be offered by sea. Of course, and freight with buyers' prior delivery would be confirmed.
