1. Summary
This bottle coolling tunnel is applied to PET bottle tea or juice hot filling production line. For hot filling, It can put down the temperature of hot filling drink to 36-40, to keeping bottles dry and clean. So convenient to following-up labeling and packing processes. It is widely used in the fruit juice production line, after finished the juice filling, the bottled juice temperature is about 70-80 degree, so it needs to be cooled, this machine is used to make the juice bottle cool down, then the bottle can be labeled. It is the necessary equipment for the juice production line.
2. Structure feature:
a. The main is stainless steel frame-board structure
b. The tunnel spraying cleaning is continuous transmission
c. Main drive is frequency conversion and infinite speed, convey by plastic chain net or stainless steel chain net
d. Heat by coiled pipe hot vapor
e. Temperature control adopts PLC control film regulating valve
