led bulb light lamp should pass all these QC procedures before shipping to customer.

Warranty

1. 24months after shipment.

2. If there are defective bulbs, we can send you replacements next time. But you need to take photos for claim.

 

Shipment

1.We can send the goods via DHL/ Fedex/ UPS/ TNT whichever is cheapest to your country.

2.Or we can send the goods by sea or by air, or even use your forwarders.

3.Promise: We never add extra money on freight cost. We will return the extra cost to you if we calculte more weight.

 

Trade Terms

1.Payment: T/T , 30% deposits before production, 70% balance to be paid before dleiverying (Western Union or Moneygram are welcomed)

2.Production lead time for  100~500pcs:12-15days,  1000~5000pcs: 12-18days, over 5,000pcs : 18-25days.
