1.Are you a factory or trading company?

2.How to get a sample?
A. Our existing sample can provide for free to you reference, only provide freight
B. Customized your logo, please contact us for sample cost.
Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service upon FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected; or inform us your DHL collection account. Then you can pay the freight direct to your local carrier company.
3.How does your factory do regarding quality control?

4.When can you send me the shoes after my payment?
The delivery time is about 25-30 days after order confirmed ( received 30% deposit).
For the white flip flops with board, it just take about 7-10 days.
5.What payment terms do you accept?
