How far does the user have to open the door to pull the shelves out or remove them?
The door needs to be opened > 90 degrees.
Does this fridge control humidity?
No, It doesn't, but the chamber humidity will keep around 60%-70%, which avoiding crack for cork and offer good condition for maturing user's wine.
What is the noise level?

Can the door direction be reversed?
For this listing, the door swing can not be reversed, but we do can make it , please talk with our product expert for the reversed hinge.

The handle will need to be installed and the unit should be allowed to sit upright for a minimum of 4 hours before use.

Some racks may need to be removed if storing larger bottles. or put it on the bottom shelf.

They are not. they are removable but not adjustable.
