A: We are a manufacturer. We have made all machines in our own factory since 1995. Warmly welcome to visiting our factory anytime freely.  

Q: Which countries your machines have been exported to?

A: Our induction heating machines are sold to all over the world and with related certifications. 

Q: How is the warranty of your machine? And other services offered?

A: We provide one year warranty and life long time technical support and other assistance. During the warranty time, we offer your spare parts free of charges for replacement.  

Q: How to install your machine?

A: We offer paper installation drawings, instructions and videos as needed. We will teach you till you’ve learned how to install it. 

Q: How do you transport the machine to us?

A: by sea or by air way. For small machines we will recommend our customers transported via air way or express company like DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, etc. 

Q: Which exporting port you’re using?

A: Any port in China as you choice, normally we will use Shenzhen, Guangzhou, and Hong Kong port.

 Q: How about the payment terms?

A: Payment terms:

- For small machines: 100% T/T/ Western Union/Cash in advance.

- For big machines and big amount: 30% deposit 70% before shipment. (We will shoot total delivering process for customer's confirmation) and the related papers. You and pay by T/T, L/C, Western Union or other ways. 

Q: Production time need?

A: 5-7 days for small machine, 15days for big machine. We will delivery goods on time. 

Q: .If I have paid but can not receive the goods, how should I do?

A: Alibaba international website is a famous trade platform and has been mature those years, every supplier on it has paid large integrity fund,and we have Chinese business licenses which can be checked on China official website or we can show it to you, so that situation will never appear, please be assured.
