SOLAS 150 persons F.R.P partially enclosed lifeboat

This partially enclosed lifeboat is applied the rules of 1996 amendmens to the international convent on for the safety of life at sea. 1974 and LSA code and MSC.272(85).

Comparing with totally enclosed lifeboat with same capacity, the original structure and arrangement of partially enclosed lifeboat are more compact and reasonable. The boat is of lighter weight, smaller size and higher strength that make the cabin more commodious and comfortable.

Engine of this partically enclosed lifeboat: in accordance of IMO resolution MSC.48(66) IMO-81(70) requirement and latest requirements included SOLAS 1974, 1996 amendments.

 

Fuel oil system of this partically enclosed lifeboat:  Made of galvanized steel. The fuel tank run capacity will be sufficient to make the fully loaded lifeboat at a speed of 6 knots for a period of not less than 24 hour. The tank is also fitted with a exhaust outlet led to the outside of boat.

 

Hook system of this partically enclosed lifeboat: The fore and aft hooks will be released simultaneously through the flexible cables conrolled by the person near the helmsman position. The hook release will be protected by the hydrostatic unit and another mechanical protect method.

Guarantee for this partically enclosed lifeboat: The warranty period is normally limited to max.18 months from delivery of equipment of 12 months from delivery of vessel to owner, whichever comes first.
