1. Each piece in poly bag, 30 or more pieces putted in a bigger poly bag with logo
2. Finally, package the goods into the carton.
3. Packing According to Customer's Requirement.
4. Customer's Samples and Designs are welcome.
5. We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
6. To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed shipping agencies. 

7. Payment term : 25% deposit at least on placing order, Freight and Balance has to be paid before delivery.
8. Approx. 4-5 weeks form the date of receiving your deposit. We only can confirm shipment after payment into our account, photo copy and other bank document is not approbatory.
9. Do not accept shipment if found damage of temper. In the event of loss of damage which may result in a claim, immediate notice must be given to us (shipper) and carrier for further process.
10. Please inform us within 1 week if inserts are broken on the way of shipping, we can repair for you free. Within 2 months stone falling can be repaired free. Please be noticed that all the gemstones are possible to be broken. As the costumer man - made damage to be repaired then charges will 2-4 U.S. dollars in costs.
