PU-B 2K is a polyurethane-bitumen based, two component, fast curing, super elastic liquid waterproofing and coating material.

Preparation of Substrate

The surface should be washed and clean of all contaminant such as oil, grease, wax etc. Loose particles, cement laitance, release agents, cured membrane must be removed from the surface. Surface must be completely dry. Humidity on surface must be maximum 5%. For on fresh concrete application, needed minimum 28 days for curing concrete. Surface must be primed with PU 101 A or EPOX PR 100.

Application Method

A ve B components must be mixed under low stir mixer until homogenous mixture is obtained. Material is applied by a brush, roller or spatula. Mixed material pot life is 30-45 minutes. At least two coat application is recommended

At least 1,00-1,50 kg/m²

15 kg A Component + 15 kg B Component = 30 kg set

12 months in original, unopened package.

Store in dry area between +5°C and +25°C. Protect from heat, freezing and direct sunlight.

Clean tools and equipment with industrial type solvents immediately after use. Dried material can only be removed mechanically.
