The products manufactured by Amazon Andes Export S.A.C. are monitored during the process of elaboration, guaranteeing with it that are free of toxic or harmful substances.
They are elaborated according to the good manufacturing practices (GMP) and adequate sanitary conditions, with permanent quality control supervision and under an implemented and certified HACCP system. We also have Kosher Parve Certification.
DESCRIPTION AND INGREDIENTS
Solid mass in form of rectangular block, of dark brown colour, which is obtained from the tempering of organic cocoa mass from milling of the organic cocoa beans, roasted, broken and shelled.
INGREDIENTS:
Products made with selected organic ingredients: Organic cocoa mass (organic cocoa liquor) obtained from organic cocoa beans.
USES AND APPLICATIONS
For industrial purposes, for human consumption.
In the production of cocoa derivatives for chocolate industry; in confectionery, pastry and chocolate flavoured products.

STORAGE CONDITIONS
It should be stored under suitable health conditions, over pallets, in cool and dry place.
