Phuong Nam Phat Co., Ltd is manufacturer plywood, container parts, loading and unloading equipments made in Viet Nam. Phuong Nam Phat has more than 10 years of manufacturing experience of product container flooring plywood, container roof panel, container spare parts, tapping screws, container spreader, container spreader string type... In short words, we can supply full parts for the dry container with high quality or spreader string type, spreader flat type for loading/unloading container 20ft to 40 ft.

We're supplying container plywood, container spare part, container spreader for 40 Branches in Viet Nam and South East Asia. Specialty, we have manufacture according to the requirements of the customer.

Factory scale: 3 processing center with over 6.000 square meters in Dong Nai province, Viet Nam.

1, Packaging:

a. Packing according to standard international export. The permissible gross weight of most 20' and 40' standard containers is 30,480kg.

b. Standard Export Pallet Packing

c. Inner and Outer:

inner packing: Pallet is wrapped with a 0.20mm plastic bag.

Outer Packing: Pallet is covered with plywood or carton and then PVC/steel tapes for strength and safety.

d. 50 pcs are packed into one pallet, 10 pallets into one 20ft container.

All the steps made carefully and test by engineers.

b. Container Flooring Plywood: We have 2 types: Standard container flooring plywood and high-quality container flooring plywood. General size famous  of 2 type is 28*1160*2400mm/28* 1220*2400mm.

c. Container Parts including body parts and door parts.

- Container body parts: roof panel, side panel; container posts and rail: bottom side rail, cross member, front corner post, rear corner, spreader, top side rail, door sill container...; Container twist lock, corner casting: roof bow, screws, twist lock, tarpaulins...
