Specifications:

1) one strip include 9 pins and 52 steel nails

 

 2) one strip include 10 pins and 88 steel nails

 

 

Different nails suit for different floors:

 

1) 22mm & 25.4mm nails suit for carpet installation of small area such as private home and company office.

2) 33mm & 44mm nails suit for carpet installation of large area  such as gymnasium and stadium.

 

The ideal carpet wood tack strip for stretch fit carpet installations, our carpet gripper is made from high grade resin bonded plywood, five ply (6.3mm) thickness, machined on one edge to a defined angle and penetrated from the underside by two rows of passivated pins.

 

The Pins are set at an angle of 60degree to eliminate pull-out and bending, even when power stretching. The carpet backing is then held in place by the pins to allow for correct tension.
