1.Usage:

The filling machine is suitable for use in liquid medium without pressure, such as seven fluorin propane, six fluorine propane etc. agents partial filling.

The filling machine have nitrogen inlet hole, through nitrogen to pressing the medium in the storage container,using siphon phenomenon release medium of storage container,to filling.Filling mouth is divided into two:QMP1 and QMP2.

Use of this filling machine can improve the filling efficiency and reduce the medium loss.

2.Filling machine structure:

1.Four pressure gauges:

Pressure gauge P1(0-25MPa)is show nitrogen stored cylinder pressure.

Pressure gauge P2(electric joint pressure gauge 0-4MPa)is show medium stored cylinder pressure.

Pressure gauge P3(0-10MPa)is show pressure after filling medium to cylinder.

Pressure gauge P4(0-10MPa)is show pressure after filling medium to cylinder.

2.Five kinds control valve:

F1 is pressing control valve for medium stored cylinder.

F2. F4 respectively is pressing control valve after filling medium to cylinder.

F3. F5 respectively is quality(weight) control valve for filling medium to cylinder.

3.With a sound and light alarm device(AC.220V input);
