Medium frequency induction melting machines are mainly used for smelting & melting of copper, brass, silver, gold, zinc, steel, iron, stainless steel, and aluminium and their alloys, etc.

It also can be used for melting glass and other specical materials.

Structure of MF. Induction Furnace:
1. Three main components: medium frequency generator, compensating capacitor and melting furnace, infrared temperature sensor and temperature controller can also be included if ordered.
2. Three types of melting furnaces: tilting furnace, push-up furnace and stationary furnace according to the way of pouring style.
3. Three methods of tilting: manual tilting furnace, electrical tilting furnace and hydraulic tilting furnace.
