Introduction:
We have different capacity 0.8m3 ,1.2m3 ,1.8m3 ,2.0m3 ,2.4m3 ,3.5m3,4m3 6.5m3 etc.
JBC series Concrete Mixer is the self loading concrete mixer with one mixing motor and one lifting motor.
The concrete mixer is feeding the material by the cone-shape motor transmission, the up and down of the hopper and the stir bin turn and reversal is controlled by the electrical appliance.
Advantages:
This machine has reasonable structure, smooth running , easy control , good quality of mixing, high productivity, high automatic advantage. It can mix plastic and half-hard concrete, it suits general construction site, road, bridge, and Hydroelectric power projects and some small and middle concrete component factory.
Working principles:
The machine mixes when the double-cone mixer drum rotates clockwise and discharges when it rotates reversally. The mixer drum is driven by the ring gear.
