Operation:
Adjust dial setting to zero using the adjustment knob on base of platform.
Step on scale until weight is indicated on dial. Step off scale and allow the dial to stabilize.
If dail dose not return to zero, readjust dail setting to zero and repeat the weighing cysles.
Weighing suggestions:
Place scale on hard surface.
Weigh yourself at the same time each day.
Distribute your weigh evenly on the scale.
