Maize / Corn Flour Mill Machinery

This flour mill can be used to mill most of the grains,

 such as corn, maize, wheat, sweet potato, sorghum,

soybean......

Working Principle

Diesel engine and electric motor can all be used to run the

flour mill. With the high speed rotation of the power, the

mill shaft rotates quickly, the blades and fan also rotate

quickly.

The grain was hit, cut and crushed in the enclosed working studio.

When the fineness is smaller than the screen hole, the flour flow down.And with the force of the fan, the flour was

sucked into the collecting bag. 

Point 7

This Joint can be placed with the fan outlet with bolts and nuts.

Fit the cloth bag to the joint with the hoop.

The flour will be easily collected.

The sheet-metal workshop weld the

steel sheets together.

Step 2

Painting the maize mill by powder coating.

Step 3

The assembly workshop assemble the shaft with blades, then fix to the crusher's main body.

Step 4

Testing the crusher by running with motor.

1.Nude Packing

Advantage:   

(1)Save  space in the container. 

(2)Save the cost of packing.

The mills are strong enough, so they won't be distorted because of pile.
Also, A cardboard will be put between the mills to avoid paring the pain

2.Wooden Case Packing

Advantages:

(1) The mill will be protected.

(2)All of the components will be put with the mill main body in the wooden case  so won't be mixed.
