We recommend the following care for best results: - Cover furniture with outdoor covers (sold separately) when left outside during inclement weather or when not in use. - Make sure furniture is completely dry before covering. - Store cushions separately from furniture to prevent possible transfer of moisture. - Wipe spills with a clean dry cloth. - Wash frame with a mild solution of soap and water; rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly. - Avoid the use of harsh cleaners and abrasives.

Question : What is the minimum order ?
Answers : Minimum order is 1 x 40 HC container or 1*20GP container
                no more than 8 styles mixed in 1x40'HQ, 4 styles mixed in 1x20'GP
                no more than 2  rattan colors  mixed in 1 container.
                no more than 1  fabric color in 1 container.
Question : Do you accept sample order ?
Answer : Sample order is acceptable. However buyer has to pay for the production cost and shipping cost

Question : What is your PAYMENT TERM and BUSINESS TERM ?
Answer : We give the following options for payment :
PAYMENT: TT; L/C; DA; DP; OA;
BUSINESS TERM: FOB; CFR; CIF; DES; DEQ; DDU; DDP;

Question : How long is your delivery time ?
Answer : Our production process needs 15 - 30 days depends on the type of order and also model of furniture we have to make. But in average we need  days to complete an order
