1. Polyaluminium Chloride Product Description:

The product is a new and highly efficient inorganic polymer coagulant, It has a good flocculation effect, low prices .The solid product is manufactured by spray-drying technology.

 

2. Polyaluminium Chloride Product performance:

  The solid type is pale yellow powder, liquid type is pale yellow to transparent  liquid.

 

3. Polyaluminium Chloride Product  Properties and  Advantages:

1.  Good effective and lower cost.Its purifying effect on low-temperature, low turbidity and heavily organic polluted raw water is much better than other organic flocculant, furthermore, the treatment cost is lower.
2.  Flocculation ability .It can lead to quick formation of flocculantwith big size and rapid precipitation service life of cellular filter of sedimentation basin.
3.  PH broad in scope.It can adapt to a wide range of PH value (5−9), and can reduce the PH value and basicity after processing.
4.  Adopting to various source of water. The dosage is smaller than that of other flocculants. It has wide adaptability to the waters at different temperatures and at different regions.
5. Higher basicity, lower corrosive, easy for operation, and long-term use of non-occlusion.

It is widely applied in drinking water purification, domestic sewage and industrial watse water treatment.

  Solid :PP woven bag with PE lined bag (25kgs/bag) or PE bag (20 kgs/bag)

  Liquid:packed in polyethylene bucket ( 1ton/unit)

  The product shall be sealed and stored in the dry and ventilated place to prevent from rain, high temperature and strong sunlight.

10. Polyaluminium Chloride Application &Notes

 

1)Before using, the solid product shall be diluted to Al2O3 liquid, and the normal dilution ratio is 5%-15%.

 

2) The liquid product can be used directly or used after dilution.

 

3) The specific dosage is based on the flocculation tests and site trial. The usual dosage of the liquid product is 3-40 g/ton,and of the solid product is 1-15 g/ton.

 

4) The shelf life is 6 months for diluted liquid product and 12 months for the solid product.
