Regarding the color mode:

 

Kindly please note that printing color mode is CMYK, if you need, we can print pre-production small pcs sample for approving. Besides, for solid colors, if you have a pantone color request, our printing team will print the image to match the pantone color you want.

 

Regarding graphic proof:

 

Our graphic people will check your file, if something need to adjust to be perfect printing, we will let you know. If good to print, we will send over proof images for you to confirm whether the contents and color are correct?

As sometime after we download and reopen the files, maybe some content and color are changed by the software or lost when transferring.

 

 

Usage tips:

 

Here are some usage tips about shipping and usage for tension Fabric Display Products .

 

1. After you assemble the backdrop, if it looks not flat, here is a way to make it flat: 2 people hold the left and right sides, then swing the backdrop to make it flat. Here is a link for a video to show it:   https://youtu.be/3xgEDb9SQqk

 

2. After you use it, sleeve the aluminum tubes by plastic bags and then bind up with bandages, this can help to protect each aluminum tube from surface scratched.

 

3. The aluminum alloy tubes can’t withstand heavy weights.

 

4. When you have more than one set of this kind products to use at same place, please be noted that: For each set item, there are many tubes, and there are connecting match labels on each tube. But for different sets, maybe there are same labels, so need to install, disassemble and pack each set product, tubes independently, otherwise it’s too hard to pick out once the aluminum tubes mixed.

Regarding the file version:

 

It is much better send us vector pdf, psd or Adobe Illustrator files, which should contain all layers. If you can’t provide vector design, only jpg pictures, need to make sure artwork size is same as real production size, and clear when zoom to 100% ratio, and dpi should be above the lowest dpi request for each printing type:

 

Heat transfer dye sublimation printing: 72dpi

Inkjet Printing: 120dpi

Solvent flex printing: 60dpi

UV: 300dpi
