cyclone is improved with external circulation and the rotor after years of research and development . It is designed on the basis of rotor separator,applying plane vortex theory to cyclone separator.Proved by practice using , powder efficiency is over 85%; Flexible fine adjustment, reliable performance.
Features of dust separation cyclone
1.With pre-classification technology
Material in the rotor role to achieve a pre-classification, such that the first portion of the coarse particles are separated, thereby reducing the amount of the coarse in classificaiton zone and make circulating gas dust concentration decreases.And improve unit air volume containing amount of dust, the equipment unit area yield has been increased.
2.Higher classification accuracy
The powder selector by increasing the amount of circulating air and graded interface, making particle classification accuracy increases, effective control of 30 microns (60 microns in particular) or more particles to adapt to the new standards for cement particle size distribution requirements.
