1) Do you offer free printing samples?
Yes, we can print some samples according to customer's requirements.

2) What’s your delivery time?
Our delivery lead time is within 3~5 working days after received the deposit or full amount .

3) What’s your payment method?
Payment method is T/T or LC, PayPal, Western Union, Credit Card, etc. it depends on clients.

4) How to order a machine from you?
After we confirm the order details, we will send you Proforma Invoice which including our bank account informations. We will prepare the goods and send to you after confirm deposit. The shipping documents will be sent to you before the goods arrived the port, and kindly note that the balance should be paid before sending the documents.
